PURPOSE

This form should be completed by any of the following organizations looking to apply to the national AmeriCorps competition as a program operating solely in the state of New Hampshire:

1. Currently funded Competitive subgrantees of Volunteer NH that are seeking Continuation funding.

2. Organizations that are current subgrantees of Volunteer NH (including Planning Grants) that are seeking to apply as a New/Recompete.

3. Organizations that have already operated an AmeriCorps program in another state (or have run a currently non-operational program in NH) and believe they are eligible to bypass Volunteer NH's Planning Grant requirement;
