PURPOSE

This form should be completed by any of the following organizations:

1. Those that are interested in applying for an AmeriCorps Planning Grant; OR

2. Those that have already operated an AmeriCorps program in another state (or have run a currently nonoperational program in NH) and believe they are eligible to bypass Volunteer NH's Planning Grant requirement; OR

3. Programs that have currently operating AmeriCorps programs through Volunteer NH and are seeking Formula funding for the FY26 year.

NOTICE OF FUNDING OPPORUNTIES

All applicants MUST read the appropriate Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) (for either the Program or Planning grants) before submitting .

USING THE VOLUNTEER NH ONLINE APPLICATION SYSTEM

NEXT STEPS

If applying for a Planning Grant: Submission of this form is the first step. If approved by Volunteer NH, organizations will be invited to submit a full application in the eGrants system. Instructions on how to submit a full application will be given upon Concept paper approval.

If your organization is currently operating an AmeriCorps program (but not through Volunteer NH) and believes that it can bypass the Planning Grant requirement: Volunteer NH will review the information you submitted and notify you of your eligibility to submit a full program grant.

If Applying for a Program Grant: Once you submit the Intent to Apply as the first step, you will then be prompted to submit your full application.
